Hi guys.
I've been trying to burn some DVDs of an avi, created in adobe premiere. On the advice of dvdrhelp.com i was using ulead dvd factory. The program itself seemed relatively idiot proof. However when trying to play back the dvds on a stand alone dvd player and a sony playstation2 there came a point, around 25 minutes (of 82) in, when the dvd began to skip, which it continued to do.
Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone tried experimenting with different dvds? We were using quite cheap DVDs (Datawrite Red X4 DVD-R) at different speeds (first x4 then x1). Has anyone found that different dvds actually make a difference?
Cheers.
p.s. using a pioneer 105 dvd writer.

I use Sonic Foundry's DVD architect, and I was also having that problem until I downloaded their newest version 1.0c which seemed to have fixed it. Anotherr thing it might be is your DVD-R media. I've been told that Maxell or Pioneer have the least problems.
